3. Data Security & Photo Handling

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Photos and videos you select in our free online smile preview tool are processed entirely within your own browser and are never uploaded to our servers. They reach us only if you choose to send them to us over WhatsApp, in which case they are handled as part of your patient record under the same confidentiality as any clinical photograph.

This on-device handling describes the smile preview tool only. If we introduce a separate AI-assisted screening feature that uploads photos to our systems for clinical analysis, that feature will be clearly labelled as such, will require your explicit consent before any photo leaves your device, and this policy will be updated to describe it before it is made available to patients.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information.
