Dental Crowns
Custom-milled zirconia and E.Max crowns, shade-matched to the teeth around them.
Treatment Overview
Clinical FactsWhy Does This Condition Happen?
Teeth become structurally compromised following root canals, severe trauma, extensive decay, or large failing amalgam restorations.
Pathophysiological Factors
Our Veteran Clinical Protocol
Monolithic CAD/CAM Zirconia Crowns
Milled from a single block of biocompatible zirconia. Strength and translucency trade against each other across zirconia grades โ we pick the grade for the tooth's position and explain why.
Sub-Gingival Precision Margins
Crown margins finished to sit smoothly against the gum. A well-fitting margin reduces gum irritation and decay at the crown edge; it does not remove the risk, which is why cleaning right at the gumline still matters.
Color-Matched Layered Porcelain
Individually shade-matched to the neighbouring teeth. A single crown among untouched front teeth is the hardest match in dentistry, and we will be straight with you about what is achievable in your case.

Dental Crowns: Stage-Wise Procedure
Stage 1: Sub-Gingival Margin Preparation & 3D Optical Scan
Smooth 360-degree shoulder reduction prepares the tooth. A 3D intraoral camera captures digital margin details for precision fitting.

Key Benefits of Dental Crowns
Specific Clinical Questions
How long does a dental crown last?
Published survival for well-made ceramic crowns is commonly quoted in the 10 to 20 year range. What usually fails first is not the ceramic but the tooth underneath it โ decay starting at the margin โ which is why the crown edge is the part to clean carefully.
Will a crown feel bulky or artificial?
It should not. The crown is built to your existing bite and adjusted at the fitting appointment. If it feels high or catches when you close, tell us โ a crown sitting slightly proud of the bite causes soreness and is a quick adjustment, not something to put up with.
